Who we are

This site is run by Robbie Patterson, known as byrobbie. Our address is Oshawa, ON. For anything on this page, write to robbie@byrobbie.com.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote, the form sends us what you type into it: business name, current website and email.

We ask for nothing else, and the site sets no cookies of its own.

How we use it

We use a quote request to answer you: to call or write back about your job, to give you a price and to book the work.

We do not sell what you send us, rent it out or use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

These services run parts of this site, and each sees only what it needs to do its part:

• Cloudflare hosts this site and carries every visit to it.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is sent by a person and not a program. It reads details of your browser to do that.
• Resend delivers what you send through a form to our inbox as an email.

How long we keep it

We keep what you send in our email for as long as we need it for your job and our business records, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to robbie@byrobbie.com and we will answer within 30 days.

Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this site. We build it to meet WCAG 2.2 AA: it works with a keyboard and a screen reader, its text can be enlarged and its colours keep enough contrast to read.

If any part of it is hard for you to use, write to robbie@byrobbie.com and tell us the page and the problem. We will fix it, or give you what you need another way.
